1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, company name, payment information, and any other information you choose to provide. We also collect information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and usage patterns through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions and send related information; send service communications, updates, and security alerts; respond to your requests and support inquiries; monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience; and maintain the security of our platforms. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We implement PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure complete tenant data isolation. Regular automated backups are performed daily and stored in geographically separate locations. Access to production data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to provide certain functionality: Stripe for payment processing, Plaid for bank account connectivity, Cloudflare for content delivery and security, and standard infrastructure providers for hosting. Each third-party provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of your information. We only share the minimum information necessary for these services to function.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may export all your data through our built-in data export feature. You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
